How to recover a lost TikTok account ?
- Step 1: Open TikTok and go to the "Log in" screen using phone / email / username.
- Step 2: Tap the "?" (question mark) icon in the top right corner.
- Step 3: Select "Logging in" → "Recover your account" and enter your TikTok username.
- Step 4: If you cannot access your registered phone/email, tap "Need help?" at the bottom.
- Step 5: Enter a working email address and explain that you lost access to your registered phone/email.
- Step 6: Submit the report and follow TikTok Support's verification instructions.
