Lost/Damaged/Delayed Baggage

  • For lost, delayed or damaged checked baggage, report it at the Lost Property Desk at your arrival airport and obtain a Property Irregularity Report (PIR).
  • After receiving the PIR, submit your claim through the Ryanair Baggage Claim Form .
  • If the baggage is damaged, submit your claim within 7 days from the date of damage.
  • For misplaced baggage, submit your claim within 21 days from the date the baggage was placed at your disposal.
