How do I cancel my monthly membership?
- Log in to your PureGym Members' Area through the official website or PureGym app.
- Use the Online Cancellations service in the Members' Area to cancel your Direct Debit.
- Make sure you cancel at least 4 working days before your payment date.
- Your membership will remain active until the day before your next payment is due, after which it will automatically terminate.
