How to delete or deactivate your account ?

• Step 1: Go to Instagram on the web , android or ios app.
• Step 2: Tap on profile in the bottom right.
• Step 3: Click on more options in the top right.
• Step 4: Go to "Accounts Center", then click profiles and personal details.
• Step 5: Choose deactivation or deletion.
• Step 6: Select the account you want to change.
• Step 7: Select either Delete account or Deactivate account, then tap continue.

How to recover Instagram account ?

• Step 1: Go to Instagram on the web , android or ios app.
• Step 2: On the login screen, tap forgot password.
• Step 3: Enter your username, email, or phone number associated with the account.
• Step 4: Select either your email or phone number to receive a verification code.
• Step 5: Tap send security code.
• Step 6: If options not access, tap try another way or can't reset your password at bottom.
• Step 7: Then select and follow the recovery options shown by Instagram.
• Step 8: Follow the on screen prompt, wait for Instagram to review your request.
