To get your channel remonetized on YouTube after being demonetized for policy violation (like Reused Content, etc.), you must submit a less than 5 minutes appeal video within 7 days if you have received a notice of scheduled suspension, or within 21 days if your channel has already been suspended to reinstate the channel monetization.
The appeal video format should be as follows:
- You must show your channel URL on the screen within the first 30 seconds of the video.
- Throughout the appeal video you must explain your content creation process either by appearing on camera or providing a voiceover narration.
After finishing up the appeal video you must upload it into your demonetized channel with visibility set to "Unlisted"
Then go to your YouTube Studio on browser or YouTube Studio App , head to the Earn Section.
Click on "Start Appeal" then paste the URL of unlisted appeal video and click submit.

Repeated violation of "Youtube Terms of Service" or "Community Guidelines".
Posting "Impersonating, Hateful, Harrassing, Abusive, etc." Content/Comments can get your account terminated.
YouTube also terminate accounts for "Predatory Behaviour, Spam, Deceptive Practices" or being part of a scam.

Open YouTube Studio on browser or the YouTube Studio App, then click on "Begin Review
Review the exact policy violation YouTube cited to know the reason for termination.
Provide your contact email address and write a brief explanation of why you believe the termination was an error, then click "Submit".
Creators have up to 1 year from the date their channel was terminated to submit an appeal.
