Lost/Damaged/Delayed Baggage
- For any query/complaint related to lost/damaged/delayed baggage, you can report it at the airport desk or online through the Jet2 Travel Help Hub .
- If the baggage is damaged, then you can report it at the airport and submit your Claim within 7 days of receiving your baggage.
- If the baggage is missing or delayed, then you can report it at the airport and submit your claim within 21 days after baggage becomes available.
